Rapid testing for employees of businesses that will reopen in Cebu will not be required after the province shifted to a more relaxed GCQ on Wednesday, according to Gov. Gwendolyn Garcia.

The health plan will be on top of the other protocols, like sanitation, temperature checking, and other requirements of the Department of Trade and Industry.Health regimen

It also encouraged getting eight hours of sleep, observing healthy and balanced diet, and staying under the sun for half an hour between 6 a.m. and 9 a.m., and between 3 p.m. and 6 p.m.Garcia also encouraged employees and those in the province to do steam inhalation, or “tuob,” twice daily.
