MANILA - Tropical Storm Bising has slightly accelerated as it moves over the West Philippine Sea, based on a weather bulletin issued by state weather bureau PAGASA at 5 p.m. Saturday.
Bising is expected to move northwestward towards the Philippine Sea until Sunday afternoon. The storm will then “slow down and move generally northward” over the Philippine Sea east of Northern and Central Luzon. Gale-force are also expected for 300 km from the center of the typhoon. Destructive typhoon-force winds meanwhile extend outward up to 90 km from the center of the typhoon.
