The Catholic Church ’s social aid and development arm in Camarines Sur called for donations as Tropical Storm Kristine continues to batter the Bicol region on Wednesday.On Facebook, Caritas Caceres appealed for in-kind donations for the typhoon victims including rice, canned goods, water, clothes, and thermal or sleeping kits.
