ILOILO CITY –
A five-story structure for outpatients at the Roxas Memorial Provincial Hospital in Roxas City is yet to be finished 12 years after construction started in 2010.So far, only the first of five floors has been completed. The second floor is 80 percent complete.If it cannot be finished by the contractor, Castro said the provincial government will find another company to finish it.
The project started during the time of former Gov. Victor Tanco Sr. It was not completed even during the time of Governors Antonio del Rosario and Esteban Evan Contreras II.
