A P15-million clubhouse, P20-million transient quarters building, and P15-million multi-purpose building that will boost the country’s military infrastructure are under construction inside Camp Tecson in San Miguel, Bulacan, the Department of Public Works and Highway (DPWH) announced Wednesday.

Sec. Mark A. Villar conducted an inspection of the construction of infrastructure facilities implemented at Camp Tecson, San Miguel, Bulacan, under the DND-DPWH Convergence Projects or the “Tatag ng Imprastraktura para sa Kapayapaan at Seguridad” .

“The implementation of this multi-facility project is in fulfillment of our goal to provide our soldiers quality facilities that will be of significant help to their daily routine. It is the least we can do to honor the risk they go through everyday just to keep conflict-ridden areas in peace and order,” Villar said.

The FSSR is a unit of the Philippine Army specializing in anti-guerrilla jungle warfare, raids, ambushes, close quarters combat, urban warfare, and sabotage.

P50-million giant ‘kaldero’ riles DrilonWhy spend about P50 million for a single-use “kaldero” (cauldron) when that amount can be used to build more than 50 classrooms? Made of 'steal' 😂 Of course it was made of steel, alangan naman na Tupperware plastics ang gamitin nila! But 50million for a glorified single use wok is a bit excessive, don't you think? Ahihihi. 10M na foundation cost. Para kang naglagay ng 2storey residential sa ilalim ng lupa! Ito ba pa-Christmas mo sa amin ngayon?
