More than 40 families who were residents of the Tala Resettlement Project in Caloocan City have received the TCT to officially own their lots in the area from the NHA, the Caloocan City government announced on Sunday, June 18. ManilaBulletin

Caloocan City Mayor Dale Gonzalo “Along” Malapitan was present during the event held at the Tala Glorietta Park on Friday, June 16, along with Caloocan City District 1 Representative Oscar “Oca” Malapitan, City Administrator Engineer Aurora Ciego, and officials of the NHA.

The project, launched by the NHA, aims to provide better and safer homes to families in the city especially those who are living near disaster-prone areas.
