Police said the 89-year old victim was confined at the 3rd floor of the Cagayan Valley Medical Center after she was confirmed to be suffering from the Corona Virus Disease .
According to a report reaching Camp Crame in Quezon City, the hospital staff learned of the incident when a nurse noticed that the victim was missing at around 3 a.m. on Wednesday.The nurse checked the comfort room but the victim was not inside, and on his way out to the comfort room, he noticed a Monobloc chair near the window of the room.
