Cagayan de Oro Mayor Oscar Moreno orders barangay health officials to conduct a house-to-house survey of up to 160,000 families to check for coronavirus symptoms. COVID19PH

City Health Office resident epidemiologist Joselito Retuya said it was not an impossible task because their teams included community volunteers who conducted a polio immunization program on the same number of households recently. "We will make further investigations on them to know whether they have travel history or contact with a Covid-19 positive person to determine whether they [should be considered] persons under investigation and under monitoring for the disease," Dr. Retuya said.
