A Catholic prelate has warned the public against a group called Order of Apostolican Missionaries (OAM).

In a letter issued Feb. 14, Cagayan de Oro Archbishop Jose A. Cabantan said the group has been roaming around the city “unscrupulously soliciting funds or donations for evangelization works and outreach programs for their ‘religious community.'”with the Catholic Directory of the Philippines and the Chancery Office of Malaybalay “such group does not exist.”“I cautioned all the faithful to please exercise extra vigilance against this bogus group,” he added.
