For the second time, the Commission on Appointments Committee on Energy has suspended the deliberations on the ad interim appointment of Energy Secretary Raphael Lotilla.

It was SAGIP Rep. Rodante Marcoleta who suggested to the CA panel to continue the deliberations on Lotilla's appointment on Wednesday as he would still raise more policy questions with the Energy chief. "There's still a length of policy questions that's why I am conferring with the chairman kung puwedeng bumalik na lang si Secretary bukas kung puwede siyang ma-accommodate [if the Secretary can return tomorrow if he can be accommodated]," Marcoleta said.

CA Majority Leader Luis Raymund Villafuerte made the official motion to suspend the hearing which was approved by the CA panel.
