Business groups optimistic on economic recovery following vaccines' arrival

This is according to big business groups in the Philippines—Financial Executives Institute of the Philippines , Makati Business Club , and Management Association of the Philippines .

MAP National Issues Committee Chairperson Rizalina Mantaring told CNN Philippines that since the government has been implementing lockdowns, limiting Filipinos' movement to lessen the spread of the COVID-19, the economy"has been devastated"."Vaccination will boost confidence and help allow us to reopen fully - the faster we are able to vaccinate, the faster we will be able to reopen and the faster our pace of recovery will be," Mantaring said in a mobile message.

Nakakalungkot ang reaction ng ibang mga Pilipino sa Sinovac. Libre na ito, donasyon. Bigyan ng kamay, gusto pa kuhanin ang buong braso.Ungrateful bastrd&! Sa Pilipinas lang ganyan.

That is how the gov't sees it, 'that it will trigger PUBLIC confidence.' What is happening on the ground will tell you otherwise. What the people see - the gov't is willing to bend the law and science in its effort to push for the Chinese vaccine, despite PUBLIC mistrust.

But the other side of the fence isn't, they will find a way to ruin the hopes of this government 🙄😢
