The Bureau of Corrections (BuCor) has secured a prosecution witness who recanted his testimony in the last drug case against detained former senator Leila de Lima.

Former police major Rodolfo Magleo was moved to the minimum security compound in the New Bilibid Prison in Muntinlupa City on Monday night from the Sablayan Prison and Penal Farm in Occidental Mindoro, the BuCor said.

Last Oct. 16, Magleo was scheduled to testify against De Lima about the illegal drug trade in the NBP.
