tv MANILA - The brother of Cadet 4th Class Darwin Dormitorio on Saturday said the Philippine Military Academy failed to inform the family of their loved one's earlier hospital confinement and checks, as they cried for justice for his death allegedly due to hazing.

He said their parents should have been apprised of his brother's condition and the treatment he needed. Dexter said his brother was first confined at the PMA hospital from Aug. 20 to 27 after complaining of chest contusion. He was brought back to the hospital on Sept. 6 for the same complaint. He last saw his brother alive when he visited him on August 25 while in hospital.
