Admiral George Ursabia Jr., PCG Commandant, encouraged the newly-commissioned personnel to do their best in fulfilling their duties despite being in a male-dominated field. ​At least 51 female personnel made their way into the Philippine Coast Guard service after finishing Coast Guard’s Non-Officers’ Course in the National Headquarters, Port Area, Manila on Wednesday, June 30​, 2021.
