Environment Secretary Roy Cimatu ordered on Wednesday to cordon off the area in station 1 where the"pooping" supposedly took place, while they conduct water quality tests. Swimming in the beachfront is prohibited for the next 48 hours. The video made rounds on social media Wednesday morning and earned the ire of netizens. In the video, another woman holding a baby is seen to be washing the child’s bottom in the sea.
