MANILA, Philippines — President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. on Wednesday said he is not setting a deadline for the investigation of agricultural smuggling as he wants it to be extensive. He stressed that the investigation by the Department of Justice and National Bureau of Investigation should be thorough because many syndicates involved in the illegal activity are still operating. But Marcos, who concurrently serves as Secretary of the Department of Agriculture , did not elaborate.“Unang-una, hindi ako mahilig magbigay ng deadline.
