Joe Vincent Barnaya, a window blinds installer, was cornered in a buy-bust operation in Barangay Napo at past 6 p.m. on Monday, July 17. Leia Alcantara, information officer of the Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency-Central Visayas, said seized from the suspect were 21 packs of suspected shabu weighing 105 grams.Charges for violation of the Republic Act 9165 or the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002 will be filed against the suspect, Alcantara said.
