Roselier Hangka, a member of the Ordnance and Explosives Division, picked up a Subscriber Identification Module card lying on the ground which suddenly exploded. Hangka was taken to a hospital where he was declared dead."Sad to note may isang personnel ng EOD na naputukan po ng second explosion. All the procedures are being done by our EOD personnel, however may ano lang talaga medyo disgrasya talaga ,” Vales said.
