Miss Universe Philippines 2020 contender Billie Hakenson may not have won the crown, but she is celebrating anyway, saying that she achieved more than just winning the title.
"I'm still basking elation with my achievements," she said."Of course, the crown was the goal. But I achieved more than the actual crown and title. I was heard, and people listened." "Of course my heart was broken because I know how amazing you would have been as our queen but I know you will have your moment. And I will be there to witness that," she said.
Billie became a fan favorite when she said, matter-of-factly, that she was bisexual during the pageant's preliminary interviews held in Baguio City.
