A 20-kilometer Bike Parade traversing six cities will be held early Sunday morning, November 24, the local government unit (LGU) of Makati City said.

The activity will be conducted in support of the proposal of the Department of Environment and Natural Resources and the National Bicycle Organization to declare every 4The parade will begin around 5 a.m. at the Quezon City Memorial Circle, then journey through the cities of San Juan, Mandaluyong, Makati, Pasay, and Manila.“The city government of Makati is enjoining bike enthusiasts to take part in the 20-km Bike Parade,” a Facebook post of the local government said.

Senate Bill No. 285 or the Bicycle Act of 2019 was filed by Sen. Pia Cayetano on July 8, 2019. It seeks to recognize and promote bicycles as an alternative mode of transportation.
