An Indian national who was banned from the Philippines was arrested by authorities in Boracay for working without a proper visa. | FMOrellanaINQ

The Bureau of Immigration had already blacklisted 42-year-old Vincent Joseph Mondal for overstaying, immigration intelligence officer June Hinolan said in a statement issued on Sunday.“He is an illegal entrant as he did not undergo inspection by immigration authorities when he last arrived in the country,” Hinolan said.Last Sept. 4, immigration agents traced Mondal there, according to Fortunato Manahan Jr., chief of the Immigration Intelligence Division.

Unable to present supporting documents for his employment, he was arrested for overstaying and being an undocumented alien.
