As a member of the elderly population in the province, Governor Hermilando Mandanas happily joined in the laid-out activities. He also shared a short message that discussed the invaluable contribution of senior citizens in shaping the community. The Integrated Philippine Association of Optometrists – Batangas Chapter delivered free eye check-ups so that seniors with vision problems can be cared for and given the right medicine.
