Motorists, including tyricycle drivers, are now required to present their vaccination cards at the strategic checkpoints in the province, according to the provincial Inter-Agency Task Force headed by Gov. Albert Garcia.
Unvaccinated commuters are now prohibited to board public buses and jeepneys. They are also required to undergo RT-PCR test every two weeks and present COVID-19 negative results prior to admission for work. Fast-food restaurants and malls are also banning unvaccinated customers while children below 12 years old are asked to stay home.
All offices at provincial capitol will be on half-day operation every Wednesday to give way to disinfection.
