A Chinese national was caught on video shouting, and later hurling expletives, at barangay watchmen who were manning a quarantine checkpoint in Caloocan City.

In a video circulating on Facebook on Monday, 44-year-old Ken Li Go, from Fujian, China, was seen in an altercation with Barangay 67 officers. He was heard saying “gago ” to a barangay watchman.

This came after barangay watchman Jayson Lucero, 31, and barangay volunteer Rouel Dela Peña, 53, flagged down the Chinese onboard his motorcycle to check his quarantine pass before he was allowed to go out of their village. Go was then informed that he was not allowed to go outside their village. But instead of listening, he “became unruly and shouted unsavory words toward” the barangay watchmen, police said.
