“The 2022 Bar Exams will proceed on November 9, 13, 16, and 20 as originally scheduled and announced,” high court spokesperson Brian Hosaka said in a tweet.
Hosaka was previously asked in a message to reporters if it was possible to postpone the exams in areas affected by Paeng. According to Hosaka, they did not receive reports that a testing center was affected by the typhoon. The exam“Wala naman po akong natanggap na report na testing center na na apektuhan ng Typhoon Paeng ,” he said.
Meanwhile, Hosaka said there are 9,916 examinees expected for the Bar exams from the 10,075 approved applicants this year.In a bulletin, Bar examinations chair Alfredo Benjamin Caguioa said the exam would continue “except for unforeseen circumstances and contingencies” which may necessitate rescheduling.
Caguioa said the Court would continue to use Examplify for the exams, a secure examination delivery program.
