MANDAUE, Cebu - Isang Angkas driver at pasahero nito ang nasawi matapos sila mabangga ng prime mover truck sa lungsod na ito Martes ng gabi.

Ayon sa imbestigasyon ng mga awtoridad, bumabaybay sa kahabaan ng M.C. Briones Street ang driver na si Gerry Boy Chavez at ang pasahero niya na si Jessa Biola papunta sa isang mall sa AS Fortuna nang mangyari ang aksidente.

Ayon sa driver ng truck na si Edgar Oncenes, hindi niya namalayan ang pagtawid ng motorsiklo sa kabilang lane dahil na rin sa dami ng mga malalaking sasakyan na dumaraan noong mga oras na iyon. "Ang sinundan ko elf, kaya nagtaka nga ako na may motor na napasok sa ilalim ng minamaneho ko," aniya sa Bisaya

Ayon sa Mandaue City Police Office Traffic Group, nadala sa ospital ang dalawang biktima pero binawian ng buhay ang mga ito.Nahaharap sa kasong reckless imprudence resulting in homicide ang driver ng truck.
