The northeast monsoon will be affecting Northern and Central Luzon while the easterlies will affect the rest of the country on Wednesday, PAGASA reported.Isabela, Quirino, Aurora, and the northern portion of Quezon will have cloudy skies with scattered rain showers and thunderstorms due to the shear line with possible flash floods or landslides due to moderate to at times heavy rains.
Ilocos Region and the rest of Central Luzon will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated light rains due to the northeast monsoon with no significant impact.Metro Manila and the rest of the country will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers or thunderstorms due to the easterlies and localized thunderstorms with possible flash floods or landslides during severe thunderstorms.
