A suspected drug dealer and carnapper died of heart attack minutes after he was arrested by the police in his condominium unit in Baguio City, on Friday, June 3.

BAGUIO CITY –

According to a report by the Baguio City Police Office, Abdul fainted when the police arrested him under a warrant of arrest for the alleged crimes of carnapping and falsification of private documents. According to the investigation, Abdul struggled first, before joining the arresting officers, but he suddenly lost consciousness.

The attending physician used intubated cardiopulmonary resuscitation and gave 10 doses of epinephrine, but the suspect’s body did not respond.
