“The protocols natin sa IATF, we do not deescalate until every 15 days. Titignan natin by February 16 kung pwede na ba mag-Alert Level 1 ang NCR ,” he added. All establishments, persons, or activities are likewise allowed to operate, work, or be undertaken at full on-site or venue seating capacity, provided these are consistent with minimum public health standards.
