Nakatakdang maghain ng resolusyon si Lacson na imbestigahan ng Senate Committee of the Whole o Senate Blue Ribbon Committee ang aniya'y "tongpats" o patong sa importasyon ng abboy. Nanawagan din ang Kilusang Magbubukid ng Pilipinas sa Senado at Kongreso na imbestigahan ang alegasyong kickback sa importasyon ng baboy.
