An access road that aims to promote tourism and socio-economic development in the province of Cagayan is now halfway done.

CAGAYAN –

Work is ongoing for the construction of an access road in the Municipality of Peñablanca in the province of Cagayan. Once the project is completed, it will spur tourism development, generate job, and business opportunities benefiting the residents of Peñablanca.
