AC Health adds another clinic network in its portfolio with the acquisition of Healthway

Ayala Healthcare Holdings, Inc. has added another clinic network in its portfolio with the acquisition of Healthway Philippines.

AC Health President and CEO Paolo Borromeo signed the agreement with Healthway President and CEO Sidney Hui on Friday. This formally adds Healthway's seven mall-based clinics and 40 corporate clinics to be covered by AC Health. "Healthway is an excellent fit, and is extremely complementary to our portfolio," said Borromeo in a statement.

Healthway has around 800 doctors and serves over two million patients. It was previously under Hong Kong-based HKR International Limited. Other companies working with AC Health include Generika Drugstore, IE Medica, MedEthix and FamilyDOC.
