WORKERS under ABS-CBN Corp.’s entertainment production may be the first ones to go under a planned mass layoff if the media network would not resume its broadcasting operations by August.that the company has not issued any formal notice on the retrenchment as its franchise renewal remained pending at the House of Representatives.
