About 93.2 percent of teachers and school staff who are joining the pilot implementation of face-to-face classes are already vaccinated against COVID-19 starting November 15, the DepEd said. | JEMendozaINQ

“In terms of vaccination, around 93.2% of teachers and staff of participating schools are vaccinated,” the DepEd said in a statement.DepEd highlighted this to assure the parents of the safety of the children during the conduct of face-to-face classes.

“We reiterate that stringent preparations and protocols have been established to provide maximum protection for our learners and other participating stakeholders in this critical undertaking,” the department said.
