CAMP OLA, Albay – Nine convicts, who were freed due to the good conduct time allowance (GCTA) law, have surrendered in different police offices in Bicol, while another was reported as to have already passed away, following President Rodrigo Duterte's order, giving convicts 15 days to surrender.

Calubaquib said, two convicts surrendered to the Criminal Investigation and Detection Group – Camarines Norte; two to CIDG-Sorsogon; one to the Bagamanoc Municipal Police Station , one in San Miguel MPS, both in the province of Catanduanes; one in Libon MPS, one in Daraga MPS, both in the province of Albay, one in Casiguran MPS in Sorsogon province and another in Iriga CPS in Camarines Sur.
