Seven graduates from St. Paul University-Tuguegarao made it the examinees with the highest percentage rating in the June 2023 Radiologic Technologists Licensure Examination, the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) announced.

Micah Arianne Balandang Casas garnered the highest percentage rating among 385 who successfully hurdled the examination.
