Naniniwala ang karamihan ng mga Pinoy na 'komplikadong panuntunan at regulasyon' ang pangunahing humaharang sa pamumuhunan ng mga dayuhan sa Pilipinas, ayon sa isang survey ng Pulse Asia.

MANILA, Philippines — Naniniwala ang karamihan ng mga Pinoy na "komplikadong panuntunan at regulasyon" ang pangunahing humaharang sa pamumuhunan ng mga dayuhan sa Pilipinas, ayon sa isang survey ng Pulse Asia .kung saan lumabas na 74% ng mga Pilipino ang tutol sa pagbabgo ng 1987 Constitution "ngayon o kailanman" — ang pinakamataas na oposisyon sa Charter Change simula nang talakayin ito ng Pulse Asia noon pang 2003.
