Members of the Western Bicutan Police Substation 2 were conducting Oplan Galugad at about 3:30 a.m. in Purok 7, PNR Site, Barangay Western Bicutan when they saw the suspects.The police identified the arrested suspects as Arturo Marron, 36; Nathaniel Piang, 35; Troy Minandang, 38; Mauhreen Andrade, 21; and Annuar Gana, 47.
