Gates at Ambuklao, Binga, San Roque, and Magat dams remained open on Monday morning to release water amid the rains brought by Typhoon Pepito . As of 8 a.m., state weather bureau PAGASA said that eight gates were open at Ambuklao Dam in Benguet at 5.5 meters, releasing 759.16 cubic meters of water per second .The dam has a 750.79-meter reservoir water level , up from Sunday’s 750.42 meters. It has a 752-meter normal high water level . Binga Dam , meanwhile, had six gates open at 7.

Three gates were also open at Magat Dam — located between Ifugao and Isabela — at 5.0 meters, freeing 1,101.89 cms of water. Its RWL increased from 181.93 meters on Sunday to 190.43 meters on Monday. It has a 193-meter NHWL. San Roque Dam had one gate open at 0.5 meter, releasing water 402.52 CMS. Its RWL also went up from 277.17 meters to 278.45 meters, compared to a 280-meter NHWL.
