A 4.4-magnitude earthquake rocked Carrascal, Surigao del Sur, Sunday.

The Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology reported that the earthquake that was tectonic in origin was felt at 12:52 pm.

The earthquake was felt under the following intensities:Intensity III – Carrascal, Madrid & Carmen, Surigao Del SurNo damage to property was reported and no aftershocks are expected.
