Anti-narcotics agents seized Tuesday more than a million worth of suspected shabu from three men, including a former drug detainee, in a buy-bust operation at a mall’s parking lot in Quezon City.

Arajil was already previously arrested for drug charges, but was released over plea bargaining, police addrd.

Lt. Col. Hector Amancia, commander of Quezon City Police Station 4, said, they conducted the sting after they were tipped off by an information regarding the alleged drug peddling activities of the suspects. Police said, member of Quezon City Police and Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency held the buy bust at the Lobby Parkway Building of SM Fairview in Barangay Greater Lagro around 7:15 p.m., leading to their arrest.

Seized from the three was the buy bust money worth P100,000. Also recovered were about P175 grams of suspected shabu worth about P1.19 million, a cellular phone which was supposedly used by the suspects for the transaction and their service vehicle.
