P Major Yul Hilado, city police traffic chief, said the motorcycle was negotiating a rugged and muddy road when the driver lost its control and plunged the motorcycle into the 20-feet depth ravine. Barangay San Jose in a mountain village in the boundary of General Santos City and T’boli, South Cotabato where local villagers, who are predominantly B’laan and T’boli tribesmen use ‘habal-habal’ as the mode of transportation.
