Power has been cut in Gumaca, Infanta, Unisan, Catanauan, Gumaca, Calauag, Macalelon, Panukulan, Jomalig, Polillo, Alabat, Pitogo, Perez, Sampaloc, General Luna, and Polillo. Several vehicles and hundreds were stranded in various ports in the province. A Chinese cargo vessel with 21 crew was also stranded at sea in Pitogo.
