BACOLOD CITY – A total of 3,000 individuals in Negros Occidental received P9-million worth of financial assistance under the Assistance to Individuals in Crisis Situation (AICS) of the Department of Social Welfare and Development.

BACOLOD CITY – A total of 3,000 individuals in Negros Occidental received P9-million worth of financial assistance under the Assistance to Individuals in Crisis Situation of the Department of Social Welfare and Development.

She was assisted by Gov. Eugenio Jose Lacson and Vice Gov. Jeffrey Ferrer, who both thanked her for coming to the province to personally lead the payout. Marcos said that beneficiaries were tricycle drivers, farmers, fisherfolk, and market vendors. They each received P3,000 in cash aid, she added.
