Nasa 26 ang bagong napaulat na nagpositibong Filipino sa COVID-19 sa ibang bansa.

Sa datos ng Department of Foreign Affairs hanggang October 20, umakyat na sa 11,178 ang mga kumpirmadong positibo sa COVID-19 na Filipino mula sa 81 na bansa at rehiyon.33 naman ang bagong gumaling kung kaya 7,234 na ang overseas Filipinos na naka-recover sa nakakahawang sakit o na-discharge na sa ospital.Dahil dito, nasa 815 na ang COVID-19 related deaths sa mga Filipino abroad.

Pinakamarami pa ring naitalang confirmed COVID-19 positive na OF sa bahagi ng Middle East/Africa na may 7,369 na kaso.Nasa 815 naman ang kaso sa Americas at 1,779 sa Asia Pacific Region.
