NENITA Trenia, 88, of Barangay Haguimit, and Violeta Niña, 83, of Barangay Ara-al, receive their diploma during the 11th Closing Exercise of ALS of the Division of La Carlota City at the city gymnasium on August 25.
Both of them were awarded as the oldest ALS completers among the more than 600 learners during the graduation rites. A total of 638 junior high school learners and 168 elementary learners completed their primary and secondary education.City officials led by Mayor Rex Jalando-on and Dr. Ermi V. Miranda, La Carlota School Division superintendent, graced the occasion.
