– Two policemen were slightly wounded after they were ambushed while inside a patrol car that was passing through Barangay San Juan here, Friday, February 14.
San Narciso Municipal Police Station report identified the victims as Patrolmen Millan Kenn Parco and Kennedy Piamonte. Around 8:40 a.m., Parco and Piamonte were conducting mobile patrol in Barangay San Juan when an undetermined number of suspected New People’s Army rebels opened fire on them.The policemen were immediately brought by villagers to the San Narciso Municipal Hospital and have been declared in stable condition.
