Over a hundred families were left without homes after a fire razed a residential area in Quezon City Sunday.

According to the Bureau of Fire Protection , 180 families in Barangay Sto. Domingo were affected by the fire. It started in the afternoon and reached fifth alarm at 6:13 p.m.; it was declared under control at 7:59 p.m.

LOOK: Firefighters continue to put out the blaze in Brgy. Sto Domingo, QC which was declared under control at 7:59pm. Around 180 families were left homeless by the fire, which cost around ₱750,000 in damage, according to estimates by the BFP
