From an initial cap of 27,000 bikers for the 6-month Angkas pilot run, the TWG set a new cap of 39,000 split among the 3 providers: 10,000 bikers for Metro Manila and 3,000 bikers for Metro Cebu per ride-hailing firm. Inton expressed concern over the cap since the passenger demand for motorcycle taxis increased since the start of Angkas's 6-month pilot run.
