The send-off ceremony was held at the Tactical Operations Group-8 Air Force headquarters in this city on Wednesday. In his send-off message, Peñaredondo said the soldiers would serve as an additional force in ensuring free, orderly, honest, peaceful and credible BSKE in Negros Oriental.Peñaredondo also reminded the soldiers to be apolitical as well as maintain discipline, professionalism and respect for human rights as they perform their sworn duty as deputized members of the Commission on Elections.
